Description:
1. GF series plastic pipe material production line is mainly used in the area of agricultural water supply system , architectural water supply system , pavement of cables, ect. As well as PVCpipe material of all sorts of pipe caliber and wall thickness . This machine group consists mainly two conical (parallel) screws extruder , vacuum calibrating tank , trator , haul-off unit , cutting unit, tilter , ect . Single screw extruder and haul - off unit have applied imported A/C inventer . Both vacuum pump and driving motor have applied excellent products . The drawing machine includes two-claw type , three-claw type , four-claw type, six-claw type , eight - claw type , ect.Saw cutting or planet cutting can be applied , it is additionally applied with length measuring meter and thickness increasing device , the property of machine group is reliable , the production efficiency is high. With special device , it can produce inner wall sprial pipe , inner wwall hollow pipe , and core layer bilpo pipe , ect . It can also produce PP ,PE, ABS&PPR , PEX , silicom core pipe and pipe material of other material . The planet-shaped cutting machine is fully automatic computer digital control , it has such advantages of simple operation , reliable property , ect . It has reached world advanced level.
2. Single screw extruder : adopts long L/D, high efficiency screw, high extrusion capacity, uniformed plasticization. Extruder and haul off machine motors adopt imported AC/DC inverter as speed regulators.
Extrusion die head : is spiral type, good calibrating makes good quality pipe production.
Inner heating system, high efficient, easy extrusion. Bronze calibrators can make the pipes fast calibrated and cooled.
Vacuum calibrating tank and water spraying cooling tank : adopts advanced water circulation, high pressure cooling system, installed with vacuum degree adjusting device and automatic water temperature and water level controlling system.
Haul off machine : adopts caterpillar type, which includes two-claw types, three-claw types, four-claw types, six-claw types, eight -claw types, ten-claw types, twelve-claw types etc, suitable for different sizes of pipes.
Non-scraped cutting, saw cutting or planetary cutting : can be applied, accurate cutting, reliable property, high efficiency. Meter-counting device is also installed.
